Powerlifting is a Sport in which a lifter lifts a maximum weight for 1 rep in 3 different lifts:
The Squat
The Bench Press
The Deadlift
Each lifter has 3 attempts at each lift and his highest weight preformed is recorded in all three lifts to make a Total. This Total is then used to determine which lifter has won.
Divisions are made up by Age , then Weight;

Teens 14-15, 16- 17, 18-19 -56, -67.5, -75, -82.5, -90, -100, -110, 125, -140, 140+
Junior (20-23)
